A report of serious failure case of scoliosis brace

Recently many parents had online consultation of scoliosis brace with MEDI-REHATEK a lot.One case of fabricating child's scoliosis brace is not ideal, that is typical failure of assembly of scoliosis brace. Compared Figure I with Figure II, we can see that degree difference of Cobble angel is only 6 degrees after wearing scoliosis brace. From my current clinical experience, I judge that orthotic degree is too less to achieve technical requirements of scoliosis in this case.

We can obviously see that the design of scoliosis brace has serious defect from Figure III.The patient’s mammary region of chest is compressed after wearing scoliosis brace.It will seriously influence the development of children.The brace not only influences the effect of correction but also influence the development of children.It is a disqualified brace.Just to remind of every parents,please change the disqualified brace as soon as possible if they have the similar brace.
